How we make money

• Affiliate links on gear (power banks, cables, power stations, panels, mounts). Not active yet: today every store link is a plain search link that earns nothing. When they’re active, each link says so right next to it.
• The site owner’s own Starlink referral link. The “Mini & Roam plans” button in the header, the boxes on Mini pages, blog posts and news posts, and links to Starlink’s plan or order pages go through /go/starlink/ to starlink.com with the owner’s referral link applied. If you order through one, Starlink may give the owner a referral reward. Your price is the same as ordering any other way. US service addresses only. The link never changes a watt figure, a runtime, a battery pick or a solar size here, and help-center articles and spec sheets stay plain links.
• No paid placements, sponsored reviews or paid results. A brand paying us never changes a pick or a number.
• Display ads may come later, never inside the calculator.

Picks follow the “smallest setup that works” rule and, once we have them, bench results, before we check which brands pay. See the editorial policy.
